Arizona Abortion Ruling

The Arizona Supreme Court rules that Arizona's near-total abortion ban is enforceable and will go into effect in 14 days. The new standard comes from a law created in 1864. The law does allow abortions if it's necessary to save the life of the mother. However, there are no exceptions for rape or incest. (Video by Roxanne De La Rosa)
